（维权网信息中心报道）本网获悉：中国大陆人权律师卢思位律师目前面临被老挝政府强迫遣返回中国大陆。因为老挝是《禁止酷刑和其他残忍、不人道或有辱人格的待遇或处罚公约》（简称CAT）签约国. 他在洛杉矶的太太张春晓女士发出紧急呼吁。请求国际社会营救。
“大家好，我是张春晓。现在是2023年7月31日凌晨。我的丈夫卢思位面临被老挝政府遣返回中国的劫难，卢思位是无辜的人权律师，我呼吁签署这个《禁止酷刑和其他残忍、不人道或有辱人格的待遇或处罚公约》（简称CAT）签约国，第三条特别提到‘如有充分理由相信任何人在另一国家将有遭受酷刑的危险，任何缔约国不得将该人驱逐、遣返或引渡至该国。’ 我的丈夫如果被强迫遣返回中国肯定会遭受酷刑监狱，请求老挝政府允许我丈夫卢思位得到联合国和国际难民保护，呼吁世界各国政府帮助营救我的丈夫，帮助我们一家在美国团圆。谢谢。上帝祝福大家。”

Lu Siwei is facing imminent repatriation to CCP China by the Laos government.
His Wife Zhang Chunxiao sent this urgent video appeal. This is the English
translation of her appeal: “Hello everyone, I'm Chunxiao Zhang from Los
Angeles. It's July 31, 2023 in the early morning. My husband Lu Siwei is facing
imminent deportation to Communist China by the Laotian government, Lu Siwei is
an innocent human rights lawyer. Article 3 of the UN Convention Against Torture
and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT)
specifically says 'Where there are substantial grounds for believing that a
person would be in danger of being subjected to torture in another State, no
State Party shall not expel, return or extradite such a person to that
State.' My husband Lu Siwei will
certainly be subjected to torture and prison if he is forcibly returned to
China. I am sincerely requesting the
signatory country of CAT convention, the Lao government to allow my husband, Lu
Siwei to receive United Nations and international refugee protection, and
appealing to the governments of the free world to help rescue my husband and
help reunite our family in the United States. Thank you. God bless you
all."
