河南村镇银行维权储户的维权情况通报 (2024 年1月29日）

（维权网信息中心报道）2024年1月29日，本网获悉河南村镇银行维权储户的维权情况，现在通报如下：

2024年1月28日，即将迎来中国新年，存款被官员非法侵吞近700天，部分储户家庭陷入绝境，近100名河南村镇银行储户及家人前往河南郑州讨要存款，他们一到郑州东站就被伪装的警察以应急演练名义暴力绑架并囚禁在青龙山庄，抢夺储户手机以至无法正常拍摄，有老年储户撕心裂肺的恸哭和挣扎，其中还有未成年孩子，储户家人朋友多次报警，郑州警察不出警。

为了侵吞数千河南村镇银行 储户的存款填补历史窟窿，700天以来河南官员采取的恶行包括：1非法冻结存款近2年；2、监控储户手机和汽车，赋红码限制人身自由；3殴打、非法拘禁去河南取款的储户；4拒绝受理储户的诉讼；5栽赃污蔑储户，推出诈骗微信小程序妄图坑杀储户；6动摇依法治国根基，破坏公信力和经济，影响所有人。

河南村镇银行储户已经进行了15次以上的维权抗争，存款被官员变相抢劫近700天，这也是银行历史上维权最长，次数最多难度最大的维权活动（因为手机，身份证，家庭被监控）。

On January 28, 2024, the Chinese New Year is around the corner. After nearly 700 days of illegal  blockade of the deposits by officials, some depositor families are in a hopeless situation (accompanied by videos). Nearly 100 depositors and their families of village banks in Henan went to Zhengzhou in Henan province to demand their deposits. As soon as they arrived at Zhengzhou East Railway Station, they were forcibly kidnapped and imprisoned at the青龙山庄(Qing long Mountain Villa)under the pretense of emergency exercises by disguised police. Policemen grabbed the depositor's phone, can't film properly 。Some elderly depositors cried and struggled with heartbreaking cries, and there were also underage children. The depositors' family and friends called the police many times, but the Zhengzhou police did not respond.

In order to defraud the deposits of thousands of depositors of rural and town banks in Henan to fill the historical gap, the Henan officials have taken the following malicious acts for 700 days: 1. Illegal freezing of deposits for nearly 2 years; 2. Monitoring depositors' mobile phones and cars, assigning red codes to restrict personal freedom; 3. Beating and illegally detaining depositors who went to Henan to withdraw their money; 4. Refusing to accept depositors' litigation. 5. Falsely accusing and slandering depositors, and launching fraudulent WeChat mini-programs to try to swindle depositors; 6. shaking the foundation of rule of law, undermining credibility and economy, and affecting everyone finally.
